My momma always said that I liked to learn things the hard way. I knew she wasn't wrong, but it wasn't until Human Design that I understood why. I learn about what works and what doesn't through trial and error, which means I have to learn through my own experience. And then, once I know what works, I get to share it with others so that they may learn an easier way. When it comes to the healing process, I've learned how to do it with ease, grace, and efficiency. I will never tell you what you should, need, or have to do. I will guide you to discover what is correct or not correct for you through engagement of your authority. This is empowerment. That is what I'm about.
My Story
If I had to title the first 30 years of my life it would be, "Little Fires Everywhere." From the time my dad died when I was 2, through high school, into the Navy, and then through college and chiropractic school, it seemed all I could do was make little messes. I took the long way around everywhere I went.

Thankfully, this was pre social media and I moved around a lot, always longing for the opportunity to reinvent myself and go somewhere my reputation couldn't follow. My heart truly goes out to all 3 lines under 30. I see you. I love you. Hang in there, you will make it through. It will be amazing.

At 30, I graduated from chiropractic school and took a job in the tiny little town of Maryville, Tennessee. I read Eckart Tolle's, "A New Earth," and pieces of awareness started to click into place. I fell in love and married, unbeknownst to either of us, another 3/5. It felt like desiting then and it still does today.

I learned about things I'd never heard of before. I became a Reiki master, learned sound therapy, dabbled in EFT, and more. My intuition burst open and I began to spontaneously channel. I figured out a thing or two about the healing process and with two of my closest friends created a system called Activating Ascension. This is where what I offer today first began. And then, I kept creating. I kept trying to initiate rather than respond and I kept failing.

In 2021 we found Human Design and began our experiments. I learned about strategy and authority and about being a martyr/heretic and, finally, my life started to make sense. A few months later we decided to do a deep dive into deconditioning. We sold everything and moved to Ecuador.
​
Before, I couldn't understand why what I was doing wasn't working on the level that I wanted it to. Turns out, I had more healing to do. More to learn. More to integrate. Nothing like a San Pedro ceremony in the Andean mountains to bring repressed traumas to the surface. Things made even more sense. The last 3 years have been an incredible time of deep healing and self discovery. The missing pieces of my purpose puzzle began to settle into place.

And, now, I have so much to share with you. I know every possible way up the mountain and I would be honored to be your guide. To engage your inner knowing. To show you that the answers you seek have been within you all along. I can't do it for you, but I can light your path. Shall we begin?

This is me guiding you to find the answers and solutions that are already within you, through the engagement of your inner authority. You will not find a more empowering or more efficient way to unbecome the false you and embody the true you—I promise.

If you've already done some investigation into Human Design, you know that we are in for some pretty significant changes as globally we are shifting out of the Cross of Planning and into the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix. Essentially this is a shift away from survival of the tribe and into empowerment of the individual. I truly believe that I am here on this planet at this time to aid in bringing as much ease and grace to this transition as possible. There are many theories and a lot of unknowns regarding what this new time will look like. One thing is for certain—if you want community support through your spiritual awakening, NOW is the time to seek it. Whether that means you follow my guidance or find another path, make a choice and see it through.
